As a homeowner in that complex I can vouch for the fact that this company did an excellent job, using quality materials and coming in and doing the work with as little disruption as possible. They made clear to the homeowners ahead of time what to expect and were always respectful of any need a homeowner had.
One outstanding characteristic of their work was that at the end of each day's work, they made a point of being sure that all trash, including loose lying nails being picked up with a magnetic pole, was cleared up.
